Stress Relief Program April 9-12

  • Urban League St Louis 3701 Grandel Square St Louis, MO, 63108 United States (map)

International Association for Human Values in cooperation with Urban League of Metropolitan St Louis will be conducting a 4 Day Stress Relief Program to enhance mental and emotional resiliency by teaching effective tools to reduce stress. These techniques include breathing exercises shown to reduce trauma, stress and anxiety.

Less stress means more clarity, greater enthusiasm and deeper connection to others as human beings. This will help us to remain peaceful and non-violent in our response to violence and conflict.

This is a free program to anyone affected by the events of Ferguson or by the issues revealed by these events. All Dont Shoot Coalition members are welcome to attend
